Team Store Terms & Conditions

These online stores are operated by K&W Printing & Embroidery for schools, teams, companies, and community groups. By placing an order, you agree that your items are custom produced for the selected store and decoration.

Orders and production

Please review product, size, color, personalization, and quantity details before checkout. Production begins after the store deadline or the production schedule stated for that store. Estimated completion and pickup or delivery timing may vary by store.

Custom products

Because apparel and merchandise are decorated for a specific store or customer, orders are not returnable or exchangeable for size, color, quantity, or preference changes unless K&W made a production error or the item is defective.

Payment, tax, and fulfillment

Checkout, taxes, and payments are handled through standard WooCommerce checkout. Available pickup or delivery methods are shown during checkout and may differ by store.
