Have your invoice number and the exact amount ready. Don’t have an invoice number? No problem at all — just note what the payment is for (your name, school, or project description) during checkout so we can match it manually.

Enter your amount and details
Use the form right on this page: enter the amount from your invoice ($7 to $5,000 — larger amounts, just call us), your name, company, and phone, then continue to our secure checkout to pay by bank transfer or card.

Receive your receipt
Stripe will instantly email your payment receipt. Our billing team will match the payment to your order and mark your invoice as paid, usually the same business day.

Payment questions
Do I need an invoice number to make a payment?
No, it is not required. While an invoice number helps our billing team match your payment instantly, you can easily pay without one. Simply enter your organization name, project description, or your contact name in the reference field at checkout, and we will match it manually.
Is my online payment secure?
Absolutely. K&W partners with Stripe, a global leader in online payments. Your payment details are sent via encrypted SSL directly to Stripe’s secure servers. We never see, process, or store your credit card or bank account information on our website.
How do bank transfers (ACH) work?
When you choose the bank transfer option at checkout, Stripe connects securely with your bank to verify the transfer. It works just like a digital check — safe, simple, and completely free of card processing markups.
What if I pay the wrong amount or make a mistake?
Don’t stress. Call the Windsor shop at (970) 686-9191. A real person on our billing team will sort it out and update your invoice balance right away.
Can I pay a deposit instead of the full amount?
Yes. If you have agreed on a deposit with our team, simply enter the deposit amount at checkout and note “deposit” in the reference field. We will apply it to your project, and the remaining balance will stay open on your invoice.
